Every client receives a fully personalised nutrition and/or training plan, designed around their goals, lifestyle, training experience, and individual needs. There is no one-size-fits-all approach — your body, preferences, schedule, and history all matter.
My goal is not just to help you reach a physique or performance outcome, but to give you the knowledge and tools to maintain your results and feel empowered around food and training for life.
Meet Steph
I’m Stephanye Spagola, an accredited practising sports nutritionist (SENr/ANutr) and certified personal trainer.
Like many people, my own nutrition journey didn’t start with clarity. I was once misled by the constant stream of conflicting advice on social media. Despite trying to follow what was labelled as “healthy eating,” I often felt confused, frustrated, and disconnected from my body.
Everything changed when I prepared for my first bodybuilding competition in 2022.
Through contest prep, I developed a deeper understanding of how nutrition truly works — not just in theory, but in practice. I learned how different foods impact the body throughout various phases, how carbohydrates are not the enemy, and how strategic nutrition supports performance, physique goals, recovery, body composition, and overall wellbeing when applied correctly and individually.
That’s why I’m passionate about providing evidence-based, practical guidance through a holistic and personalised approach. My goal is to cut through the noise, bust common nutrition myths, and make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, sustainable, and always tailored to your lifestyle, sport, goals, and dietary needs.
