ABOUT ME

I’m Stephanye Spagola—an accredited practising sports nutritionist (SENr/ANutr)  and certified personal trainer.

I’ve experience working with a wide range of clients looking for nutrition support—mainly in sports performance, bodybuilding prep, weight loss, and gut health.

One thing I see all the time? People feeling confused and frustrated by all the mixed messages and fad diets on social media. It’s no wonder nutrition can feel overwhelming.

That’s why I’m passionate about providing evidence-based, practical guidance through a holistic and personalised approach.     The skinfold assessment is a great way of accurately measuring body fat percentage, lean body mass percentage and give you an estimated basal metabolic rate (BMR) – all of which can help you achieve your body composition goal.

    • Sum of 8 skinfolds

    • Estimated BMR

    • Body circumference Measurements:

We'll assess your current nutrition practices in the days leading up to your event, as well as your fueling strategy during the race. Based on this, you'll receive expert recommendations to enhance performance, sustain energy, and improve recovery.

    • 45-60min online consultation

    • Pre-event nutrition review – Analyse your current intake leading up to race day.
    • Event day fuelling strategy – Guidance on optimising energy levels, hydration, nutrient timing.
    • Recovery nutrition – Recommendations to support muscle repair and performance longevity.
    • Personalised Plan - A 48-hour pre-race meal plan, with tailored guidance for race-day fuelling and post-event recovery.
