ABOUT ME
I’m Stephanye Spagola—an accredited practising sports nutritionist (SENr/ANutr) and certified personal trainer.
I’ve experience working with a wide range of clients looking for nutrition support—mainly in sports performance, bodybuilding prep, weight loss, and gut health.
One thing I see all the time? People feeling confused and frustrated by all the mixed messages and fad diets on social media. It’s no wonder nutrition can feel overwhelming.
That’s why I’m passionate about providing evidence-based, practical guidance through a holistic and personalised approach. My goal is to cut through the noise, bust common nutrition myths, and make healthy eating simple, enjoyable, and sustainable—always tailored to your lifestyle, goals, and dietary needs.
